With the Northern states having basements, we tend to have a lot of biogrowth issues, especially with crawlspaces (nobody wants to go down in them). I wish more clients would do testing, especially if there are young children or adults that may have breathing issues.
Jim, thanks for sharing. If every Top 3.0 member contributed 1 thing each for our different efforts, we would all have 260 items for a marketing blitz, or a better business plan, CEU class, etc....
After getting 5 inspections with crawlspaces this week, I'm regretting not getting one at the Inspection Super Conference.
What is the pricing for various quantities?
Heated garage and 100% sunny days,,,,the hardtop came through Barrett-Jackson back in 1989
Here's my two cars,,,,,,
Can you give us more info such as where you live, your past background, etc?

Also are you planning on doing this full-time or part-time? It takes a while to ramp up, so you probably will need some money in the bank to get you by for a while.
Nathan,
Can you explain more about the various certification courses that you mentioned earlier in the thread?
Looking forward on going through this course,,,,,
We see PB all the time. One of our inspectors had one last month where the PB was installed and the slab poured over it. It also ran out to the street about 50 feet. The people walked when the repair price came in at over 24K. Did I mention that the seller had just laid new tilework all over the house?
Thanks Nathan for giving this the attention this deserves.
Awesome giveaway, thanks Nathan!!!
This sucks in that we are damned if we do, and damned if we don't,,,,,,,
I prefer Fuzzy Bunny Slippers Home Inspections. Before you register your name go to the state business website and run name searches since a name you want may already be in use.
