Exactly, great point @mlmarlow -- We have a handful of these agents in our area, ones that choose us on their own properties and recommend highly for friends/family, as well as referring regularly to their buyers. I agree completely that is one of the best indicators of genuine trust in the quality and impartiality of our inspections.
