I consistently suggest installing a Self- Closer on garage man doors. In particular for garages that have gas appliances in them. About 50% of the homes I inspect do not have them. I was recently asked by an agent [b]"Are these required on single family homes?" So I ask the experts, are these required by any code? And if so what year did they become required? Thanks very much! I agree very nice video! I would just add that the buyer should be informed whether or not their refrigerator is covered. I learned that mine wasn't the hard way!
