BTW there are 2 flues for different chimneys here. One each on the 1st and 2nd stories (factory fireplaces). Is it true the flue would have a inner and outer pipe, and the outer would be for make up air?
I'm in Florida and curious if this chimney cap is acceptable. Is there any best practice/code guidance for clearances, mesh size, etc.? Thanks.
Ok. Thanks for the help!
Curious what that yellow streak on the condenser unit is?
Thanks!

Is this flex piping appropriate for the gas furnace.
Thanks for your help.
Thanks

I wanted to include the AH model number and see if you think they might match.

I believe this is 4 ton.

A little help would be appreciated!

Trying to determine the tonnage for this Goodman compressor. I'll include the pic, it looks like:

GSR130601AB

The AH is 4 ton.

Thanks.
Hey, thanks. I should have included more info. That's the meter panel to the right. The 2 wires out are to the subpanel. Still like it for parallel @ 150 amp.
This is the main panel. What would the AMP rating be for this? Both ends of the breaker switch are labeled 75.
Telco is grounded to the riser.
Thanks for your help. If the wire at the water heater was bonding hot and cold, would I see both sides, this is just one wire stubbed out of the wall and connected to the cold/supply side line.
I maybe calling the wire size incorrectly, it was just under 1/4 inch in diameter.
