introduce the Flir MR160
bring in bootie shoe covers. Excellent gift for realtors.
looks like CAHPI is discoraging HI from using drones, liability issues and transport canada regulations.
wonder if people even bother being Level 1. See HI carrying Thermal cameras or have necessary skill to intepret data?
I get the same answer too, I always answer my calls but that normally necessarily translate to a booking
Well, i paid over $450 ( with the conversion) but i have decided to throw away the software.

You can try Nathan, but I am doubtful because I have written it off as a bad decision.

Not blaming anyone here, just cautioning others to be safe.

Did an inspection on a 4 year old 1.5 million dollar home which had cracks (both drywall above the garage) and floor cracks and numerous workmanship issues.

Realtor says, "you don't have to tell him about it."

Of course the deal collapsed, but the agent has been bad mouthing me because his hefty commission was gone.

But I slept well that night, knowing I did what I was paid to do.
There is a software which claims to be the best.

The guy is so cunning and convincing that I actually bought the software.

No where near what he claims-and refuses to give a refund and reply my e-mails

Be careful guys... www.BestInspectors.net .

There are so many inspection software and everyone claims theirs is better

I use the inspect It- but it has been extensively modified for my use

I am also trying out Home Inspector Pro now but haven't really started using it

Horizon send me a link to try it but its pretty expensive.

Booked. First time and long way from home in Vancouver BC
