What are some of the more creative ideas you have used for agent thank you's and gifts?

My wife just came up with the idea of taking our top referring agents on a wine tour using a limo .I'm afraid it might make the agents who aren't top producers but refer me jealous or hurt their feelings if I don't invite them.

Dang. Is that for the 300 transaction a year agents? That blows my little gifts out the water.

I'm doing Christmas puppy chow in Christmas Tins this year.

Our top 3 agents will get a Cutco knife spreader with our logo and tag line A Cut Above The Rest

Our Top 25 will get a power charger with our logo on it.
Our other agents will get Mini Flashlights.
"Keeping them Charged up for the upcoming year" is the theme we are building the gift around.

Wine always works, whether it's in a limo or not! We added wine preference to the www.BAMDashboard.com agent profiles just for this purpose. Make sure to deliver them to all the agents at one office that use you on the same day. Make everyone else feel left out!

I live very close to a city where we have a major league baseball team. I have not done this yet but plan to in 2015. For $2500 I can invite 20 people to a game in a suite with preferred parking, food, beer, the works. I plan on on hosting two events for my top agents sending invites out for the agent and guest. It will be a great way to get agents together to network but also get to know their spouses/family and for them to get to know my family. I think the more personal you can make this business the better.

Plus, it's a nice 50% deduction. Arggg 50% I should be able to deduct 100!

Any suggestions on this? Has anyone done this?

We have a Triple A baseball team here. I have thought about getting 4 tickets that I can use throughout the season to give to agents or clients.
