You can inspect the places where the water duct is taking turn or where the duct is of more age. These places are generally prone to leakage. If you fail to identify call and good home inspection service provider.

First look for all the possible positions for a water leak. If you still can't find it. Then you should call a professional company to do that for you.

The same areas you look for now. The IR camera is just another tool to help you reduce the scope of an area that needs further investigation, in this case by the use of a moisture meter.
