Hello. I'm entering all my contacts so that I can use ISN as my contact management system. When putting in data, what is the difference between contact types and contact label? Right now I have contact types set up by category such as "realtors" "family" "networking group" etc., am I setting this up correct, or should this be on the contact label? Thanks.
Sounds correct to me, but I'd drop them a line and ask for a best practice. Their help line and live chat is so easy to use... pretty much like having staff in the next room. I ask them questions like this all the time and it's saved me hours of figuring it out on my own.
