It is. Tested it today. I'm calling in for backup.

Its amazing to me that is was available! I'll either point it to my existing site or create a new one.

There are problems that occur having multiple A records If you are hosting using any of our Website creator tools the IP address A record should be pointed to 191.236.130.18

As an aside make sure that if you are managing DNS records, whether it is on GoDaddy, Network Solutions or our great service Economical Domains, You should only have ONE A record pointing to your domain. You can have other records that do different things and point to the same website (called sub-domains), but you had best consult with us if you need to do that. Also, in order to get WWW to work, there has to be a CNAME record. It will work if you create an A record, but it induces confusion into the Worldwide Web Consortium name server convention, if you do it that way.

I just bought sdthermal.com I already own SanDiegoThermal.com, so I thought this would be good for my email use. Shorter. I'll try out the included email.

And I'm having a heck of a time setting it up on my Android phone. The "help" in the webmail doesn't seem to address this very well. What's going to happen when I try to set up Thunderbird on my desktop?

It does take some time for the database to set up accounts. It isn't exactly instaneneous.

These are the correct settings for servers.
You have to use your full email address as the User ID
When setting up under "Other" server type in Google Mail for Android, Make sure you use the FULL server name: imap.your_domain_name.com and smtp.your_domain_name.com. note IMAP is a better choice if (like many of us) you use multiple devices to access email, like a smartphone or computer.

I picked up a bunch of dot me (.me) domains. Really good stuff. Besides .com and .org, .me has a nice ring to it. Not to mention, .me is not nearly as saturated.
