I just found this one yesterday while playing around in ISN and would like to have some other folks opinion of my results. To run the report, go to Reports, Agent Reports, then click on the third tab over (Company's Agent Retention).

You'll get a pie graph that shows how often agents use you more than once. I've attached my graphs below. I feel like my pie graph has way too large a chunk of single inspection agents, but like I said, I'd like to see how I compare to others.

What do you feel contributes the most to getting agents to refer you over and over again?

Ours looks very similar Ben. We have a small slice of more than 10 inspections ordered.

Having strong USP's is a great way to get more referrals from agents. Let your marketing sell your business!

Mine is 1/3 recurring agent referrals and 2/3 one timers.

For me, it's been agents that understand the value of my service, as well as all the USPs I offer. I do my best to subtly remind them at every touch point. Make sure your emails are honed and that you're reaching out to them for coffee every once in a while (especially the high producers). I also try other vectors like mortgage bankers who have good relationships with top producers and could introduce you warmly. Also, get on LinkedIn/Facebook and Like their posts every week. Promote them when they sell a cool house or post about the real estate industry. If you show them you want them to be successful, they will understand you're not just trying to get business from them for the sake of making money.

Now, if I could only follow my own advice...
