I live in Southwest Virginia and there are a lot of rural areas. A lot of people still do not have internet and we have so many mountains that some places, just can't be online. How you suggest that I deliver my report (on-site) for those areas? I'd say "Old School" handwritten reports (multiple copies).
Not everyone has internet these days. I am comfortable writing checklist reports and some of the elderly people would rather have something paper instead of a PDF .
I could use a printer and bind my reports but that would cost me some money and I'd like to make a little profit and still provide excellent service at a pretty fair price.
I am listening.

A modern inkjet printer (running off a power invertor) is fast and relatively cheap. You would need to be completing the report on-site, and handwritten inspection reports (carbon copy "Matrix" or similar) are the least likely report to be well received nowadays.
Don't "dumb-down" your reports to accommodate a handful of clients that haven't even hired you yet. Even if your client has no internet access, you can bet their sales agent sure does. Most of the time, they will print a copy of the report for their "offline" clients, and for the files related to the transaction.
Dom.

I agree with Dom, and I've heard this same issue in a different light in other areas- language barriers! Let the agent handle, they'll get more mileage out of it with their clients than you will.
