Deleting an appliance in recall chek after appointment has been finalized  XML

Is there a way to delete an appliance from a recall chek report after it's finalized but before the recall chek report is delivered? I'm trying to do it via desktop. I can pull up the property but I can't seem to remove/delete the photo of the data plate on the appliance I want to remove. Thanks.

I asked for a redo button a while back and they laughed me. lol. (im passing that on)
You can log into recall check and do it there. You cant do it from the app

Yes, you can. When you finalize a report, it takes up to 48 hours to process. You can go on the desktop site and do a property search or even easier, leave all the search fields blank and go to the bottom and perform search. Your recent submissions will be at the top.

Under 'View' there are 9-digit numbers that open the account (confirmation numbers) - Go to the appliance info and add or make changes you need, then update the property. Whatever you update, those changes are what will appear on the initial report when it's released.

We get a lot of feedback on accidental properties being finalized from the phone app. We're actually in the process of adding a 'ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO FINALIZE?' message to avoid this going forward.

You will not be able to delete the photo, but that's not what goes out in the report anyways. We have real people manually entering the model/serial numbers from the data tags you provide. It's for for our own personal use. If you change the appliance info, it won't matter.

Now, I don't know if the photo deletes once you make an update. But I ensure the photo doesn't matter, it's what's entered in the actual appliance field.

On the phone app, load the duplicate appointment and there should be a "delete appointment" button at the bottom of the screen.

On the phone app, you can tap on the appointment and go all the way to the bottom of the first page of the account - delete appointment - OR just go to the list of appointments and left swipe.

From the desktop site, you will only be able to delete appointments that do no have appliance info. If you do a property search, there's RELEASED, PENDING RELEASE, PENDING IMAGE ENTRY - submissions without appliance info will say PENDING DATA. There's a drop down box over in Options where you can view the RecallChek report, the Monthly Newsletter, the email events, then Delete Appointment.

If everything has been released, give us a call or send me an email before billing on the 1st and we can get that fixed for you.
