What is testall? What do they offer?

They'll tell you a whole bunch of things, but let me boil it down:

Everyone likes mold swabs and surface tests. Is it mold or no? Done. No explanation necessary.

Most everyone can handle IAQ pretty simply now with InspectorLab- we interpret the results and our report is so simple to read we almost never get a call with questions.

Now let's go to that next level- the "Mold Evaluation" as I call it. They give you a set of questions, you answer them. You send the corresponding samples to InspectorLab. Pay them around $12 and they'll put it all together in a report and talk to your clients for hours at a time if need be explaining it all. For $12.

If I could pay someone $12 to write a report and discuss with the client...I would do it every time.
