That's why when I go to a restaurant (or any place to buy a drink) I ask for no ice or light ice. I get more drink for the amount I pay for.

I totally get that and agree even though I prefer the ice myself...but will someone tell me how to make an "iced coffee" without ice? What does she expect, shakers?

I like my scotch neat or straight up. Plus, I've worked in the restaurant/hospitality business before and the ice machines aren't very sanitary. Anything and everything gets in there and you won't find out until a customer finds something in their drink.

I know, WTF? $5M should buy her a lot of ice - or coffee. I think they will have a hard time proving damages. When the ice melts does it turn into coffee?
