AHIT is still teaching not to test (operate) the air conditioning if the exterior temperature is less than 65-degrees....wow.
Seriously though...that's kinda ridiculous.

From what I just learned tonight Jeremiah ... Chris was teaching on the NAHI sop's and that was referencing to: The Inspector is not required to ... He went on to say it was at the inspectors discretion and the standards are a bare minimum that inspectors should go by. Exceeding sop's are fine, if you're comfortable in doing so.
AHIT and I have been working back and forth for a couple of weeks now (more to come - later). This was just an hour video that I studied and took some screenshots. I already knew 99% of the material. As my hair turns grey/silver/white and my head fills with more wrinkles, I want to stay on top of my game and know my s**t.
I can say that everyone in AHIT's Wisconsin office seems to know who I am. It makes me feel good. These are some of the nicest, helpful and knowledgeable people that I've seen in this industry. Very professional, in my opinion.
