Agents and Agencies

I'm having agents ending up in different agencies without us changing anything. Has anyone else noticed this?

Not even sure how this could happen.

Not sure I follow Troy. You mean using other inspectors? Or are you talking about picking up agents from other companies?

Example: Agent has been with Berkshire Hathaway in our system forever and now is showing as being with another agency. We didn't change it.

Do they have access to change in their dashboard? ISN or does BAM keep up with them?

It can easily happen if the person booking the apptmt chooses or assigns the wrong agency.
