Radio Interview

Doing an interview on an FM talk station tomorrow. It's a real estate show and I assume it will be general home inspection questions. This is one of the areas more popular stations. A little nervous, but hoping for a warm up and softball questions. Any tips would be appreciated.

It doesn't matter what the question is. Talk about what you want to.

Interview went better than expected. Kinda nerve-racking though. It was in a radio studio and they were taking video and photos for promotional materials. After a nervous couple of minutes I settled in and just began talking.

One question, how were you able to get "on the air"? Did you inspect a house for someone who works in the biz? Just curious, share your success here with others.

Also, are you going to be able to have the photos and video that was taken. You really should ask for these so you can use this in your marketing and your business website.

Glad to share. Well one of my Realtors happens to have a radio show. It's a real estate show which airs every Saturday. Over the summer he is interviewing his vendors... closing attorney, home inspector, floor contractor etc.. Just going over some of the basics. Actually a highly coveted show to be on as it is the areas best talk radio station.

Did not cost anything. I just do his inspections.

Yes the photos and videos are given for being on the show. I plan to use it for marketing on the website, Facebook, etc..

Very awesome, congratulations! Networking is always one of the best marketing tools (if not THE best).
