Refrigerators

A couple weeks ago I had a RA email about about a fridge that her clients were left with. She asked about the warranties and guarantees I offer. I told her all of the stuff I offer was through 3rd party companies or on the quality of my inspection. i also explained to her what I am looking for when I look at a fridge. I emailed her a copy of the policy info for 90DW. I asked her what the problem is and her response was that they told her it's not working right. My last response was that I am willing to go look at it and can talk to them about whatever concerns they have. I never heard back. The man is an engineer with a local factory and has the money for a new fridge. Some people just want something for nothing.
