We'll do that for you one on one William! Keep the suggestions coming...the industry is about to be shocked. I'm hoping to get an announcement out tomorrow but otherwise it will be next week along with a sample of one of our course videos. It's the best I've ever seen by an exponent of a hundred.

Much easier to bring in a trusted a/c contractor and let him handle it. If a large rooftop, you are busy enough with the structure and roof and exterior. No time for HVAC...

I agree to a large extent Pete. We're going to do several "Commercial Light" courses for the types of structures you will be called upon to inspect most often- and there are at times components that are just way too complex to get involved with. Elevators and Escalators, for instance.

WDO inspections. What, where, and how to find WDO's.

Also, I agree about the advanced HVAC course mentioned earlier. Something teaching how to use gauges and check heat strips. "HVAC, Beyond the SOP".

Mainstream Engineering offers HVAC courses online and you can get certified to inspect and buy refrigerant too.

I like this advanced HVAC testing. A lot.
