Does a body in the garage attic count as interesting? And the piping next to it is just gutter downspout extension. Not improperly installed bath vent fan.

Found this one a while back. Many things found with IR technology are completely invisible unless you use it. This leak at the washer/dryer connection may have taken a while to find or become noticeable.

How about this one: a (poorly) sealed basement walk up- using a folding table and who knows how many cans of spray foam! And it still leaks 😂

Awesome roof leak in a condo closet they claimed they fixed! Ran into this last week. They said they fixed it a couple of weeks prior and that they just hadn't painted yet, yeah, NO! lol

A really bad flip! Damaged joists, improperly supported stair cut out, walls moved and not properly supported in the basement etc, etc, etcetera!
