On a Friday night I sent Nathan an email asking if he had any advice for my brother, a fellow home inspector, with a business related legal issue. Nathan and his company had no reason to respond or give it a second thought, as my brother is not a customer of his. Within an hour I received a phone call from Nathan and had a 3 way conversation with my brother regarding his case. The phone call lasted about an hour and was after business hours when Nathan should have been spending time with family.
The following Tuesday, Nathan spoke with my brother and his lawyer about possible legal strategies. Nathan went well out of his way. He is all in guys. Meaning he is not looking after just his interest, but the interest of the inspection industry as a whole. I have observed very few vendors with this kind of service. He has earned my respect and loyalty.

A frivolous lawsuit years after the fact not only hurts the parties directly involved, but can also set a bad example.

"The videos and the print material from ISG's marketing department makes us look impossible to NOT do business with. If you're not partnering with the best vendor in the industry, you're sinking, not swimming. Everything they put out is essentially risk free, so you have no reason to NOT put them to work for you!"

So nice to now have PNT and his team as a FLIR distributor. The combination of the two make the most professional and reliable team in the home inspection industry. I have many FLIR tools in my bag and the support from Inspector Services Group just makes it all the better.

With the RecallChek, i get a little happy when I get an email back stating that I have help find a potential recall on an appliance in a house. That means the client either get that appliance repair or replaced. RecallChek is just one of many ways I am able to deliver a better inspection to my clients!

My staff and I like to thank Nathan and his team for the help provided over the years. We understand at time some of our industry providers feel deferent about Nate but in our end all we can say is good things, even when thing haven't been perfect he has gone out of his way to make it right. As a business owner one of the hardest thing to do is training new office staff on our services provided. Time and time again Michael Doerr has said "present" and assisted my office staff with live help with Recallchek settings and processing issues.
