A greater number of seasoned inspectors with the expertise to answer technical questions.

There are times where only a couple of very new inspectors respond. The answers are correct sometimes, sometimes not, sometimes just basic answers without supporting info and sometimes they misinterpret the question. This happens at NACHI and other forums too at times, but the pool of seasoned inspectors catch it quickly, have discussion and often add considerable supporting info which creates a teaching environment. Mike does a nice job of that here, but he can't answer everything.

Just post in the Instant Help forum- the answers are quick and either Mike or myself have answered every one or reviewed the responses for accuracy. I also keep the responses cleaned up so the answers are readily available.

I hear you though. Our numbers are moving up- We're up to around 1,000 users. As far as the experience thing goes, I'll have to disagree on that one, at least on the basis of an average (maybe not in volume quite yet). Most all of the InterNACHI forum users are either brand new inspectors or loudmouths that don't have much business going on. There's a few there with incredible credentials, but I hear all the time that inspectors dislike wading through a hundred pages of crap to find the good answers.

Work on getting the ones with the incredible credentials to post here. There's the answer. Many of them don't like the muck over there either.
