Stepping up My Game in Electrical Inspections

I am exited about this book and I'm going to master it. Before I became a Home Inspector, I was known as A Jack of All Trades and Master of None. I am going to master Electrical Inspections.

I would also recommend the HIU (Home Inspectors University) free course "Inspecting Circuit Breakers" and there are several free InterNACHI electrical related courses that are quite excellent (All Free).

I've taken Inspecting Circuit Breakers from Mike Casey at HIU (Home Inspectors University) and I know that I'm right on the money with everything, with the exception that in my opinion circuit breakers are good for around 20 years, Mike Casey corrected me, with it being more like 40 years. Nathan Ehman assured me that I passed and said that I could get my certificate (no luck) because it's like the system is locked. I have taken almost every course from InterNACHI and passed them all (including Florida courses).

I feel like it's time to take InterNACHI's Electrical Inspection Courses again.

Mike Casey is the master.

I've been up all night studying Inspecting Commercial Electrical Systems, I was shooting for a 100, but I earned a 97 instead. Not to bad considering that I'm exhausted.

Agreed. I have a lot of respect for Mike Casey.
