Well HIPpies, your day has come. By popular demand, we're adding a Home Inspector Pro Forum to the #1 message board in the industry. Of course Dominic has his own forum, but where's the fun in that?

When it comes to getting your questions answered, nothing works faster than a good old fashioned public post on one of the highest ranked websites in the industry.

For all other software providers: please note this is the second software specific forum we have created. The first was for ISN. If you would like one here, simply do like Dominic and Dan Huber did and follow these simple steps;

1. Integrate with ISG products and services to offer more convenience to 4500+ of the world's leading inspectors.

Why is the dynamic like it is between HIP and HG and the inspection community at large?

I don't know honestly. Obviously they're competitors and the two fiercest. Dom's the young gun, Russell's the been there forever guy, that breeds some issues of course.

I am so unimpressed with HG's customer service.

The absolute worst I have ever experienced in the HI industry.

To be fair, I submit the following;

1. Russell is welcome here any time and it's an open forum so be careful

2. I can't imagine doing what any of these guys do. Just the customer service associated with a simple RecallChek submission is immense. The difficulty level when the complexity of full reports comes into play is ten fold.

Talking about making a simple website.

But since you now have that covered for us, we don't need HG for that, thank you.

I guess I didn't realize HomeGauge did more than software. They offer websites, what else?

I always thought of Dom as the website guy. I've seen both at conferences 100's of times and never seen a demo website on the HG screen at their booth- so I learned something today!

Oh, and in case Russell is reading this...

Your booth gals were great in OAHI, but they kind of got cramped into a corner. You can ask them what I did about it...OAHI will be making it up to you at their next conference. You're welcome
