Concerned about scratching gutters with your ladder?

Been using Ladder's Little Helper for a while. At least one builder appreciated me using it. Also helps keep the ladder from sliding laterally before you can tie it off.
$36 on Amazon; a lot perhaps for "a piece of plastic." Use a painter's pole to get it up there; unless you actually use the ladder to do so.

Off-topic, but today I tried opening a high attic hatch cover using just my Xtend & Climb, and was a dismal failure. Only after jostling the ladder, and scuffing the partition, and dislodging casing trim, did I finally get the partition open and ladder in-place... all to save my perceived hassle of getting my A-frame ladder off the truck.

I only use the telescoping ladder for attic scuttles over about 10-12 feet. But I still use the A frame ladder to remove the scuttle. I have not mastered that technique either, but some attics are taller than easily entered from my 6 ft little giant.

The "Ladder Little Helper" look effect, maybe a nice touch to show the client/agent your concern for detail.

That's pretty cool. Not many homes around here have gutters, but I have had a need for one of these and I will buy one. Thanks for sharing this.
