Do you top your gas tank to the next whole dollar or fifty cents?

Rather, I make the cents equal to the dollars, so when I review my card statements, I know its me. (Getting my wife to do similar is not as easy.)

Interesting idea. My problem with that is when I go inside the station to get a drink and/or candy bar.

I remember the days when gas stations were just gas stations. Now they are mostly mini-markets with "better snacking alternatives" available.

I'm lousy at stopping the pump accurately.

I used to always top off to the next dollar. Now I just stop where it stops.
