Nick Gromicko and Nathan Thornberry launch Flashlight Management, LLC

Boulder, CO - January 20th, 2016

Nick Gromicko of InterNACHI and Nathan Thornberry of the Inspector Services Group announce today the launch of Flashlight Management LLC, an LLC that may or may not be registered for months or even a year, that in the meantime will take on investors. Talks are underway with nearly a dozen inspectors to "invest" in the LLC with total disregard for investment regulations where they will charge $5.00 per inspection to manage your flashlight.

"It was all Nick's idea, and I have to give him credit" said Thornberry. He continued, "We had an attorney not look at this, put in writing that he never looked at this, so we are confident that it is all legal. In fact, we're so confident that we are making the inspector responsible for literally all of the legal problems that come from it."

Gromicko agreed with Thornberry's assessment, and added, "the key here will be to tell inspectors that we're going to make them a lot of money simply by managing their flashlight. We won't actually move it, handle it, buy it, pay for it, or any other such nonsense...we're just going to put up a sign at a conference and let the money roll in never. It's much easier that way for all involved."

While no search was done to see if the name Flashlight Management LLC was already taken in the state of Delaware, the duo is confident enough to go to print with the concept on cheap copy paper just outside of Atlanta. They are using the acronym "FM" and will be launching their barely functional website in just under a few months time, in secret.

Well, we were considering giving some of our "investors" a discount and not telling the other investors about it, down to not only $3 a piece but even $1 a piece.

That's right! For only $1 a piece you too can get absolutely nothing while the "investor" next to you pays $3 or even $5 a piece. In fact Jack, we reserve that $1 price for names starting with "J"

A little birdie told me that you have another cool addition to those of use that use the full contingent of RWS products. Is is true that you are going to start providing a FREE Frequent Flyer Drone Miles program for us? Keven Kossler will MAX out his miles in a few weeks, but I look forward to rack up some myself.

I hope I didn't spoil your surprise, but this sounds like it came from your forward thinking Shark Tank mind and can't wait to hear about it officially.

We are going to add that to our Screwdriver Assist program. It's only a few hundred dollars a year, and you're guaranteed to screw something up with it.
